Holli Coulman is a justice-impacted paralegal, law student, and Co-Founder of White Collar Media Group, where she merges legal strategy, public policy insight, and advocacy to support justice-impacted women at every stage of the criminal legal system. With a background in government legal service, she has gained frontline experience in criminal defense, municipal law, and policy reform. She has also partnered with the ACLU of Texas on initiatives that center second chances and equity in the justice system.
