About Lawrence Gelber
Lawrence R. Gelber is a sole practitioner with over 40 years of alternate dispute resolution and litigation (federal and state) experience, primarily focused on securities industry related issues, including administrative, regulatory and white-collar criminal matters. Lawrence brings a broad perspective to the goals of the Federal Expungement Initiative, having represented “both sides” in litigation. Lawrence has successfully secured expungements of negative items from FINRA’s Central Registration Depository records on behalf of securities industry representatives who were wrongly sued or incorrectly reported.
